Hero is playing in a $2/$4 $200 max buy-in NL game. Hero is sitting on a stack of about $400.
Hero is dealt K K in seat 1 UTG.
Hero raises to $16.
UTG+1 in seat 2 is a loose, very bad player who has been giving away money. His stack is about $150.
UTG+1 makes it $32 total.
Folded around to the BB in seat 9, a bad but usually tight player who recently lost a big pot.
Seat 9 pushes all-in for $90.
What is our optimal play? No, this is not a trick question.

Fold or call. If you think you have the tight player beat then call and hope the donk joins the two of you. Then you can push the flop.
If you think tighty has you beat, then fold.

I going to call, I don’t want UTG+1 to fold until I have all his money in the pot.

that's exactly why u want to call : trying to drag the UTG+1 in for more than half his stack :)

I can see times where I would push here and times where I would just call. KK is a strong hand. I might like the push here if I want to isolate and try to make it HU. It means possibly leaving money on the table but at the same time it might insure a pot to me.
Call here would be good as well, as most everyone else here said, so that you can get the other villians money in the pot as well.
I can see merit here for both depending on what you know about these players. You have to ask yourself though would it be better to take KK into a 3 way pot or isolate and make it a 2 way or HU pot. In my opinion I say call and make it a 3 way pot. You'll win when the K hits the board on the flop to give you a set....

Well, getting 2-1 on our money a fold is out of the question, especially given the current temperament of the BB. I say we just push over the top here as I can't think of a hand that a bad UTG + 1 would play for $56 more that he wouldn't play for the other $32 or so. And, even if he does fold, that isn't so bad either since the lions share of the $$ you win here will be from the button. My guess is UTG + 1 calls either play (a call or push from you) so put it in now when you can be reasonably certain you are ahead.
