Gambling is not illegal for US players.

It is illegal for banks and credit card companies to process transactions with online casinos.

Thus any freeroll is perfectly legit.

However each poker site determines how they will respond to the UIGA and many have shown that they are unwilling to risk whatever consequences there may be. All of those that decided to exclude US players whose policies I have been able to see have imposed a blanket ban on real money games of any type.

Has anyone seen a site that supports real money freeroll games?
