PokerRoom-dot-com: unreliable? |

Hi,
recently I opened an account with PokerRoom, and used my creditcard to deposit some money. Subsequently, they don't allow me to play. The reason they give is that I have logged in from a country different from the country I mentioned on the online registration form. That in itself is correct: I was travelling when I logged in.
The nasty thing is that they also refuse to restitute my money on my credit card. This despite a lengthy e-mail exchange.
Am I the only one with this problem, or is PokerRoom-dot-com generally recognised as an unreliable pokersite? If so, could I have known that in advance?
Any advise on what to do now? (I have contacted my creditcard company, but doubt whether they can undo the payment.)
