New Pre-Flop Hand Strength Rankings - Q4 AA KK |

Just one of those quirky things. The following happened to me in a span of only 10 hands at 100NL on Absolute last night.
Hand #1. I am the BB and dealt Q4s. UTG+1 Limps, one more limper, SB completes and I check. Flop comes Q4Q  SB Checks I check UTG+1 bets pot, fold fold and I smooth call. Turn is a blank, I check, pot bet again, I call again. River blank, I check, this time he slows down to 1/2 pot, I reraise min hoping for a little value but he folds and I show him my boat and we laugh.
Hand #2. Only 10 hands later I am in the SB and see Q4c. UTG (same guy as last hand) limps, button limps, I complete and BB checks. Flop comes 44Q two diamonds and a heart . Same action....I check BB checks UTG bets pot button folds I call and BB folds. Turn brings Ah, I check he bets pot I call. River brings Kd and I am praying for a flush. I lead out with just less than pot hoping for a reraise...and I only get a call because he was only playing A2. Still.....

Pretty anticlimatic, right. Except Absolute has a rabbit cam. And the turn was....you guessed it a 4. Which means nothing cause there is still many ways to lose that hand with that flop....but still....it made me wished I had seen the river.
