i know these conspiracy theory's are stupid, but i've observed a huge number of river catches on UB in the few days i've been playing there. i'm not just talking because i got beat on the river... i'm actually doing okay over there so i'm just bringing this up more as a curiosity. i've seen a HUGE number of folks catch on other players on the river. it's very weird. just thought i'd through that out there as it seems to happen way more often here than it did at GPP.
Did you know that participating in a poker forum can help you improve your own game? Be it by sharing experiences or simply asking for help, participation in a forum helps you focus and keep 'on topic' which will help you improve your game. You can learn from other players feedback and from their experiences. Why the THP poker forums? We offer one of the best managed texas holdem poker forums available, and the community within is far more friendly than those typicaly found on other sites. We've made a 'lurkers edition' of the poker forum available here on Holdem Poker Online, but we encourage all visitors to register and join in on the conversations on TexasHoldem-Poker.com

If you roll 3 dice for a couple of years, you'll probaly see some strange stuff after a while.

Yes, your wrist and forearm will become huge.
Actually, I've seen the same thing on my new site (different one from Grinder's). I see a LOT more chasing than I was used to (especially inside straight draws, top pair/low kicker, low pair/ace kicker) when the pot just flat doesn't justify the chase. No science behind this observation.
