the tourney started with 186 people. blind levels are 12 minutes.
top 18 get paid.
situation: 19 players left. blinds: 600-1200.. my stack is about 13000
two seats to my right is a player (stack: ~16000) who, for the last hour has folded pretty much EVERY hand.... he folded every BUTTON even when it was folded to him, EVERY small blind in a limped pot, and EVERY big blind when he was even priced in to see a flop... he folded every single time.. hadnt seen him play a single hand, literally.
so, 19 players left, i am in the BB with QQ, everyone folds to this guy on the button who pushes all in for about 16K. SB folds,.... me???

Yikes. That's the last hand I want to see against that guy. I think he can have 1 of 4 possible hands here: AK, AA-QQ. And that is it. Given that you have QQ, then I would assign a higher % to AA-KK.
I guess the key here is what is your goal for the tournament? If it is to cash only, then you have to folld. If it is to win the darn thing, then you have to call. Even though he has played ultra tight it doesn't definitely mean you are behind here.
Given that I play tourny's to win, I think I call.
