Just changed to PokerStars when PokerRoom threw me out and I wanted to report one amazingly pleasant surprise I found at PS. The responsiveness of the support team is absolutely first class. I mean just amazing. I've had about five occassions to contact them about various things including some pre-selection questions and funding my wife's account and the detailed responses have been wonderful. Every single time the response directly addressed my question and was clearly written by a thoughtful person as opposed to being boiler-plate topical responses. This level of support is not cheap to provide, especially with the number of players PS has, and to me demonstrates a real commitment to the site's customers.
I also cleared their first deposit bonus ($50) in just ten days with my usual amount of play even though they gave me several months to clear it. Bonus appeared in my account instantly once it was cleared.

One thing I'm pissed about with PS is their un-willingness to develop a client for the mac!

Yeah PS has amazing support and never personally had a problem with it. Only once has PS disappointed me (indirectly) when I was watching Diamond Cutter at a stud FT. They called support to issue a deal and they actually took over half an hour to show up which was ridiculous. Diamond wasn't happy either.
That however, was just one occurance and the support is usually awesome.

Actually they never showed up at all. We ended up resolving the situation ourselves. The lady who finished in 1st transferred money to the other two of us. Support later emailed me and apologized for the incident.
With that one exception, Stars' support has always been top of the line.

PS and Full Tilt I have found have the best support.
Crypto is ok.
Party and UB are terrible.
