I feel so special, you guys. Actually, I've been working my butt off. They fired my help at work and then added to my workload. There just aren't enough hours in the day for me to do the job of 4 people and post. I've really missed it though.
I also haven't had much time to play poker sadly. The weekly local game has turned into an O8 game mostly with massive pots and suckouts galore and I've just lost my patience with the "Gambler's Anonymous" crew that play. I have played a few tourneys and have had pretty good success.
My latest was in a work-sponsored tourney for a local Businessman's group. As you can imagine, I was the only female. There were 64 players and I took fourth. It wasn't that tough really until near the end when I got a big-stack, luckbox, calling station at my table who did not fold a hand the entire time. I finally took him down, but when the tables merged right after, there was another big stack who would call with any A or face card who took the seat to my left. I played with the best hand in all 3 that we faced off in, but he came out the victor twice on the river and when I pushed with KK he called with his A3 off and caught running 3's. C'est la vie. The best hands of the tourney started when I bluffed petty hard on the very first hand and ended up getting called all the way down only to win when a four-flush came on the board and my T8o made me the winner. The next two hands I got QQ and JJ respectively and got rewarded nicely for my first hand play. Fourth wasn't too bad and I've been asked to play at their next fundraiser tourney. They seem to think they'll have a better tournout next time.
I haven't been to AC in what seems forever and I'm really itching for some good play. I did meet a guy who has monthly tournaments at the businessman's tourney, so I'll be playing there, but the local cash games are almost non-existent. It usually turns out to be 4-6 of us playing at my house while tieing one on on a Friday night. I must say this vastly improves my drunken play, but is for no real stakes and is not helping my bankroll very much.
I still try to play on stars or FT when I have the time also, but those are usually SNG's & MTT's.

See it wasn't me and it most def was not against her will...(shes crazy like that and just enjoys being tied down..  )...she was in Miss J's basement and I was just there filming...
