Fold preflop, Bet river like Zinn0 said.
And try to avoid openlimping in FL, if you play a hand preflop in FL you'll _mostly_ do it because it wins more than its fair share or you got odds in the blinds, so when not in the blinds you should be mostly be playing hands you can raise with, not hands you're hoping catches something (like we can do more easily in NL where bigger future profit may make it more worthwhile).

yeah bet/call river.
learning FL is learning to value bet appropriately. This is an appropriate value bet.
