1. Depends mostly on size of the current pot, remaining stack sizes, and relative strength of my hand versus villain(s) likely range. Can't get more specific than that without a detailed example.
2. I like to play my drawing hands to the nuts for slightly smaller pots when I am drawing (with the exception of the Big Kahuna draw like OESF draw), and raise pots where I am drawing not to the nuts. This is because I prefer to win the pot right now when I am not drawing to the nuts OR get my opponent to fold a better hand than mine right now, or more importantly potentially get re-raised OFF my draw NOW so that if I hit and my hand is no good, it doesn't cost me a ot of $$. With a nut draw, I have a lot more draw equity when I do hit my hand and therefore the last thing I want to do is be raised off my draw.
3. This is a stack size question too. Often against a weak player, I will decide early on if I want to play a weaker hand for all his chips and then I will just get them in the middle early. If he has a huge stack and I do too, then I think passive play is the better option assuming he will call off a large bet on the end. One other thing...I rarely bluff weakies...they call too much and the plays are mostly not profitable.
