another hand from the same night as the set of 2's
3/6 FL loose passive game
I'm in early position and look down to find Ad Ac
I raise and get a table full of callers(IE family pot)
Flop comes
3s As 10s
I lead out
2 callers
a raise then folds between me and the raise.
I reraise.
2 callers call again.
raiser calls.
turn 7d
I lead, all 3 call
river 4s
I check(figured someone had at least one spade)
2 calling stations check
flop raiser bets
I call
calling stations fold
2 Question's
1. Better played then first hand?
2. Should I have reraised the river to try and knock out the callers if they had made a weak flush?

1. Yes. Immensely.
2. No. Raising here has no value.
Overall, I think you played it well.

i'd have gone all-in after the flop, to protect your hand

Here's the results....drum role please
other player says, "I guess you have a spade."
He turns over pocket tens.
I show him the A's and drag the pot.
The calling stations loose there mind, both folded small spades. They go on tilt and soon felt out of the game.

had a similar hand in NL game - AQo. I raise, one caller.
I flop xQx all clubs. I bet. He raise, I call.
Turn x club. we both check
River 9 club. He bet big - I have no club so I fold.
He shows 2 9's (no club) - not even realizing that the board beat him.

I still think that you have to go allin to protect your hand.
otherwise, perfectly played.
