Been trying to reinstall ultimatebet but every time i now get a 'intallation incomplete, please restart the program' message. this happen to anyone before? I have an email in to customer support. thanks

Check your virus blocker.. Im not sure I installed to check the layout with no problems.

yeah, thanks. i disable all my virus and spyware software but that didn't do it. i finally unistalled everyting and it finally worked! back to poker!!
