first live MTT hand - Q's

This is a made up situation..
Say you gone to the hassle to go to a live tourney. You paid a nice entry fee (€50+10), hotel room and a rented car.

you sit on the table with 100BB and see Q's from MP.
3 limpers, you raise 4XBB. folded to BB who pushes allin.
Folded to you.
What do you do?

I don't see BB push with A's or K's. A raise yes, but a push?
A weak player might push with a smaller pp, or AK.

But I guess we have to fold, no?

Now what do you think about BB move? is it worth it to make a move like this with a marginal hand to gain 7BB on the first hand?
