The first hand is interesting, it depends on the type of hand you put him on. Obviously, after the flop you can deduce he wont have K/x, so based on his preflop play, he either has an Ace, or an underpair. To extract the most chips, you can either over-bet the flop and hope he's got an ace, or just check-it down to the river and hopefully he makes a bet on the river. Betting the turn seems like the least profitable play there. If he has an Ace, you are getting paid hard, if not, you probably wont win any more.
The second hand you are lucky that you got to check it down. Betting on the river/turn is pointless b/c you are only getting called by a decent flush, I can't see TP calling any raise on a 4-flush board.
You are shortstacked in the third hand, but you really really don't want to call here. You are either up against 4 over cards, or 2 overcards and probably an over pair. Fold, wait for a spot when you can be the first person into the pot so you can put pressure on somebody. You create no pressure on anybody if you are calling off all your chips when you are at best up against 4 overcards.

Hand 1: Bet the flop. You raised pre-flop and AAK flops... you will not get paid if he doesn't have an ace so you may as well bet it.
Hand 2: Good check. A bet takes it down if he doesn't have a spade but if he check raises then you have to fold. Check behind and hope to fill up on the river.
Hand 3: Hate it. Yeah you're short stacked but you have two all-ins in front. You will rarely win this hand without hitting and 8. They at least have overcards and likely an overpair. If its 1 push in front, call, but not two.
Note: Re-read and seen that you would have had 7k if you folded with 2000/4000 blinds.... but I still don't think you'd have much of a chance with this hand.
