csupomona had been making frequent preflop raises, and CHRISTIE had been pushing all in preflop with anything he would call an all in with.

This is really my first attempt at a squeeze play like this but i thought the conditions were right and i had a big stack so if it failed i was ok.
obviously it worked but was it the right situation for this move?
also, i would enjoy comments on my reraise. if i remember correctly, harrington suggests reraising quite a bit in order to ensure there will be no calls.

I like.
You're betting just enough to make it expensive, but not too much to show you don't want calls.
Also, if you do get called or raised, you can easily put it down and still be in the top 3.
Good move.

it worked = good time to make the play
well played, keep an eye out for these conditions, squeezes are a tough bluff to pull-off

This was the first hand heads up, and with only 3 or 4 bb's left i figured he'd push with about any 2 just to double up or get the tourny over with.
good/bad call?
anyways lose a coinflip for the win, still in good shape.

villain had been shoving when i bet big on the flop, so i decide to bet big with TP.
worked beautifully except for the whole "cards yet to come" thing...

comments on this hand? anyone get away from this? his flat call on the flop had me wondering, but the turn kind of sealed my fate i think.
ok its 7:15 a.m. time for bed, although it would be so much easier to fall asleep with the win...

seemed like you were mainly unlucky.
1st hand I would probably not call though. Any Ax is ahead. Not a horrible call, but I will wait for a better spot to gamble.
2nd hand you put the money in when you were infront. Nice trapping, tough luck on his catch.
3rd hand - can't see many people not going bust with a boat in HU game.

hand 1: good call, a fold would be wrong here, taking a 60/40 for the win with a massive chip lead is alright
hand 2: meh, bad beat
hand 3: Tough one here, his smooth call on the flop, check on the turn and min-raise on the river should have made alarms go off. He deliberately slowplayed and raised an amount that appears to be begging for a call. This would be an obvious fold in a 5-6 handed game, really tough to get away from in heads-up play.
How much did 2nd pay?
