Clear fold. The only draw out there (T8 or 87) just got there so you were either way behind on the flop (to a set or 2 pair) or are now behind on the turn. I don't even think you can say ou have any clean outs, and if you call this turn bet, then you need to be prepared to play for the rest on the river because it is surely going in.
One key to good NL play is to know when to get away from one pair hands. In general, they will win small pots or lose big pots.

When someone min-raises you on the flop, it ususally means one of two things:
1: SET
2: You continuation bet and he is trying to slow you down by raising with a draw (10-8 or 8-6)
I don't think he likely has a draw here b/c of your preflop raise, but even if he defended his blind with a gap-connector, you are dead on the turn. A more unlikely situation, he's got 9-10 and spiked his 2 pair, or even more unlikely he slowplayed an overpair.
Clear fold, unless of course this person is very aggressive/tricky and sees you as weak-tight. I can't think of a likely hand you are beating here.

weird that he would bet 12 on the flop and on the turn... You'd think if he made a hand he'd bet more.... This wouldnt be an auto-fold in my books... I'd strongly consider pushing all in, especially since you said hes on tilt.

No, the smallblind was on tilt. I just stated it to justify the huge raise preflop.. but the guy folded
@jefe
Why is it strange to you that the guy just bet 12?
What do you mean with:

Actually I was the other guy, making that play with A8os
The Button alwas used to raise with a A-x, so I decided that my A8 was a good enough hand to call with...
I checked the flop actually giving up the hand, but I recognized something like weakness when the guy made his bet...
he always make a continuation bet, so i decided to bluff him out of the pot, because I was sure he had nothing... when he called the bet I got the answer that he did have something, but again he hesitated...
Then I fired the second bullet, when that Ten came and after some minutes he folded...
I postet it the other way, to see how you guys would rect in his situation, thats why I would like to know why jefecaminador was suspicious...
actually this bluff made me pretty much profit... not just in this hand but afterwards (I showed him the A8os and he was kind of tilting) he decided to play sheriff twice, calling a huge bet on the river, just to see the strong hand...
