Hand 1: Yes, you definitely need to make a bigger raise here (probably to about $7 or $8 instead of $5), for three reasons: One, to protect your hand against giving a cheap overcard. Two, for value because your hand is probably best. And three, because you are out of position and would prefer to know exactly where you stand. Other than that, I think it's fine. You probably have the best hand vs. either something like KQ or a smaller pair (maybe 66-88), but it's hard to get value on that board. Maybe a smallish bet on the river to draw a call from a worse hand, but checking is probably ok. Nice of him to give you a free showdown.
Hand 2: Looks pretty good to me. There might be some value in betting the river against a worse two pair, but I would hate to be betting into a ten here (the river check-raise is getting more common). Check and take the showdown at the risk of losing a little value vs. AQ, AJ, KQ, KJ, and QJ.
Hand 3: What an ugly board. To tell you the truth, I'm just about done with the hand when that 7 of clubs rolls off on the turn, and moreso when the 10 comes on the river. On the turn, it seems you're tempted to bet big and get rid of any draws, but one draw already came in. I might check/call a small bet hoping for a cheap showdown, but if there's any significant action, I dump this hand. Multiway, you don't want to play "guessing game" Poker.
Hand 4: Entirely player dependent, but most of the time, I hate playing huge preflop pots with anything other than two Aces... with two Kings, it's sometimes unavoidable (but I still don't like it). But with Queens, you really have to consider what % of the time he will have a hand you're that far ahead of. If he has AK, it's a mistake to give up a small edge here... but you don't KNOW he has AK, and if he has decided to play one of the two bigger pairs hyper-aggressively, you're in real trouble. Doesn't LOOK like he has AA or KK, but it's still possible. This is a bad situation to be in, but unless I think my opponent is a real live one, this is frequently a fold in my book.

Hand 1: Your analysis is correct, fold or check/raise bigger, be glad you didn't see a river bet. You may want to bet this turn, but that may be chip spewage.
Hand 2: Looks like you're turn bet was a little weak, make it $7-$8, checking behind the river is find, value betting is only going to get you check/raised by a 10
Hand 3: Bet more on the flop or go for a check/raise, this is an extremely drawy board and you really want to take it down now or make draws pay heavily
Hand 4: Fine, was he 3-betting (re-raising) a lot of those times? If he was 3-betting a lot this is an insta-call
