Yes, that happened to me. I believe it happens when you try to access your account from a different country. You did say you were in the UK, right?

I created the account while in Israel, accessed it a couple of times from Belgium , and now as I'm in the UK I tried to look at it and got the error message.
So I guess it could be it.

I had access to my Neteller account restricted once when I was in London, England (I'm a Canadian). I had to go through a few hoops to get them to allow access - I had to phone them and they had to call my home number and have someone verify that I was travelling or something like that. It was a pain in the a$$ and it took more than a day to get it fixed. I don't mind that kind of inconvenience, though. It's just another security level that helps prevent fraud. It might be easier if you call them in advance before you travel to let them know you will be acessing your account from another country.

I am not too sure... I know that I got an error message when I tried to access my account in the states and I emailed support and asked them what was going on and thats what they told me. Maybe try emailing support and asking them whats going on.

I emailed admin (the email address that was on the page that announced my account is closed) and yet to receive a respond.
I just now emailed support and told them about my travels.
Maybe it good I wait a little before depositing into my poker account any way
