cause in some card rooms you can ask to run it twice... kinda just puts a different spin on the game. Like say playing the flop twice... I'm sure suited or someone will explain it much better

yeah. casinos sometimes allow the higher stakes players to make little side rules during play as long as people agree - this is one of them. "Running it X times" is just asking the dealer to play whatever board cards remain more than 1 times. If there's a burn, you burn again for the second running. The pot is divided into X chunks and each run's winner gets one chunk of the pie.
