I find myself a lot of times day dreaming through a session of poker. I've always had problems with day dreaming. Even in school. So, how do you improve your focus/concentration. Should I take Ritalin. One time I took some in 9th grade and it did an outstanding job. What do you think?

is much better the Ritalin for ADD but muti tabling helps i guess im a HUGE FISH Playing ONLINE POKER so i dont ever muti table

i'm not a big fan of zombie-inducing drugs, but that's just me. I get bored as hell playing 5-8 tables on my 1 screen. IRC and mindless music helps a bit, as does thp (it's the main reason i post...)
I'm playing 7x200nl as we speak on FT for these exact reasons..
