To become zen-like in my break-eveness.

I gotta stop donking away money on satellites to events I don't really even want to play. I am too weak minded for poker, I think may just quit entirely Confused

1. No going busto.
2. Improve my cash game - I have to remember that as long as I play low limit, I need to play A game. Nothing tricky. Just good ol' TAG game.
3. win some MTT. Haven't play too many (beside few freerolls) haven't won any.
4. Play loads of S&G to help my BR.
5. Return the investment I made so far.
6. Get Angelina Jolene to stop calling me, I'm a married man biatch.

As a rule, I don't make new year's resolutions. However, as far as my poker goals for 2007 are concerned, I guess they would be as follows:
1. Get to AC more often and polish my B&M game. Side goal: Give Sean more hell more often and learn how to be that sarcastic.
2. Stop pulling cash out of my poker fund because I'm too damned lazy to go to the ATM.
3. Play more of the soft local game I recently found instead of the higher stakes/overbetting madness with my previous group.
4. Stop losing to the hubby. Very Mad (I think I should've put this one as #1)
5. Play more MTT's.
6. Make millions so I can retire now instead of 10 years from now.
7. Ensure that the jello is strawberry flavored.

1. Start a bankroll(I track my wins and losses, but don't separate the money)

2. Move up to 5/10 once i have a bankroll for i

3. Start playing tourney's

4. Think of something witty to end next year's resolutions with.

5. Find a use for Helmuth's book(Door stop maybe?)

Finish first in a MTT with over 300 people, short of that at least get to heads up with same requirements.

Along with above, get stronger at the latter stages of MTT's, an area I feel I am still weak right now.

The two things I would like to achieve are below but they are not really resolutions since I can't make #2 happen!

1) Win my first MTT after 8 years of trying and failing

2) Get a royal flush after 8 years of trying and failing

1) Learn stud hi/lo and eventually start playing in the loose 3/6 game DC told me about
2) Keep plugging away at stud hi, and start winning at 2/4
3) Obtain decent 5 - 10 PTBB/100 winrates for 6max 25 and 50 NL
4) If 3 is obtained, start playing 100NL
5) Get that 80 GB iPod by end of February Very Happy

1 Get a Bank role and keep Track(now i just mix my funds)
2 Win a few Daily Turnys at Foxwoods
3 Win a Entry into Each of the two WPT Events at Foxwoods
4 Play some Omaha at Foxwoods instead of just 1/2NL
5 Play some Stud at Foxwoods
6 Not poker related all that much but Find a New Girlfreind who likes poker or at least can stand me playing it
7 finish the year with a bankroll of over 6Grand

2) I got 2 royals in 2 days this week, my 4th and 5th respectively in 3 years Smile

1. To make no more horrendous over-calls on the river, and to try to stay away from the reasoning: "f**k it, if hes got it i pay him"

1) Play big buy in online mtts regularly - at least 3 a week.

2) Do not play ANY online ring games

3) grid out a night or 2 a week at the casino cash game, easy money.

4) Finish writing my personal mtt guidance notes so that i dont go off the rails for extended periods of time.

5) play in a big live event like EPT or WPT

1. Ok, seriously, I need to try and play some tournaments, especially the rebuys, deep stacks, and big guarantees. Ideally, I should be playing the Sunday Million every week, or close to it.

2. Make enough money to move up to $400 NL (once I reach $10,000 BR), and then to $600 NL (somewhere around $20K - $25K probably).

3. Maintain Gold Star and get that iPod (hopefully by mid-late February).

4. Play in at least one big, $10,000+ buy-in event, like the WPT or WSOP, winning a seat via satellite.

5. Just improve my play in general. Especially with one pair and reading others.

1. Don't call large raises out of position with unsuited high cards.

2. Be patient.

3. Don't run multiple street bluffs from OOP.

4. Play within my bankroll (i.e., no jaunts into $10/$25 NL)

5. Win at least $50k for the year.

6. Continue to get better each day.

Play more of the games and stakes that I win at and less of the game and stakes that I enjoy.
