Hello,
I was wondering about my situation. I live in New Jersey. Does this mean I cannot play online poker for money on any sites? If I do, would I get arrested? Thanks in advance!

No you wont get arrested, some websites still accept people and others dont. The websites that still take people will be the ones who get in trouble. If the owner of the website comes into the united states he will be prosecuted.

Unfortunately since you live in New Jersey, this advice is wrong. Online gaming is illegal in your state and if caught, you can be prosecuted.
