I should put this in the bad beat, but no one looks there.
I signed up for an PL Omaha High tourney because I was bored and hadnt played it for a while. So about 6 hands in I get AA88 double suited on the button w/ 6 limpers and raise pot, I get 4 callers.
Flop KKx w/ 2 of my suite, checked to me, I bet pot and one person calls. I figure he has the K, and I wont bet again and might lay down a flush if it comes. Turn blank, check check. River A, WOOO HOOO! He goes all in and I cant call fast enough. He shows quad Ks.
I shouldnt play Omaha.

Of course you had to hit the 2 outer this time...
I must say I think it's a clear check on the flop because of the other four players involved in the pot. Do you disagree?

I am no Omaha pro. My thoughts were, I might be behind, but I really didnt want to give anyone a free look for their boat if a pocket pair hits on the turn, so I wanted to get me heads up w/ any K or take down the pot right there. I still had 11 (2 more if my 8s pair and the small boat is good) outs unless someone already had the boat.
I probably havent played over 100 hours of Omaha though, so my logic might be completely flawed.

You were destined to go broke Dave...face it. He played his quads well and laid down a good trap. Nothing you could had done except fold the river but I don't see anyone folding an As full boat here.
 ...I thought you played Omaha?

omaha just sucks iv lost 100dollers tonight playing Omaha HI PL 
twice i had ether A the Nutz when going all in on the Turn or What i fiqured was the logical nuts on the river only to lose to etehr a Rivered hand or a bad read

The first, the rivered beat, is just poker and you damn well can't blame Omaha for bad reads on the board or other players Groton.
That would be like asking a girl out and getting rejected then wondering why she's wearing the "I'm a lesbian" t-shirt....
