The pot would be split evenly among all three players.

The best 5 card hand anyone could make is whats already on the board, so its a tie all around.

Carson you are right but pending on the suits of the cards, either person is capable of a flush. So if no flush is possible then yes, they would all be even strength and a tie woudl prevail,
