I am going to take a little break from poker right now because of some low funds. When I come back I plan on taking it real slow and try to build my BR over the long run instead of depositing $50 and losing it in the same night at a .25/.50 table.
This is what I plan on doing:
Deposit $100 into PS and play in the $5 SnG's and <$3 tourneys.
When I played $5 SnG's for a while about 3 months ago I was ITM about 40% over about 60-80 SnG's. I figure with this cash rate (even tho this is a real small sample size, but its all i have to work with), $100 will be enough to steadily build my Bankroll over time and be able to withstand some ups and downs while I am playing.
Good strategy? Comments? Other ideas?

Im not really looking to bonus whore because I think PS is the best for tourneys and I like their SnG structure
As far as rakeback, ive never done it, but how can it benefit me and how does it work?

Rakeback basically gives you a portion of your rake back to you. You can benefit from this by getting some of the rake you pay back into your pocket. Deposit on Stars right now. 25% deposit bonus still valid until later tonight I think.
I think the $5 SnG's will be a good value for your money and are good for building a BR when you have only $100 to start.

DC, I noticed in another post uve gotten up to $5k and ur playing $400NL. Did you deposit big in the beginning or did you start with something like $50-200 and just have good BR management the whole way thru?

Actually, I'm playing $200 NL with plans to move up when I have $10k. I already had a BR of about $3500 from playing live, but last time around I deposited $300 on Stars, starting at $100 NL and planning to reload if necessary. From there, I've run it up to about $2500 on Stars.
