It was later revealed that Rennwurm was 20-tabling and in fact has a pretty good record in SNGs. However, I still say that from now on, whenever anyone does anything stupid at the table because of lack of attention, it should be called a "Rennwurm".

I've done far, far worse with much more at stake than 20 chips.

Maybe he was worried someone had pocket jokers.

lol.
Was trying to exploit people tendency to not fold when the board is strong.
The board was 5 to the flush and was check to SD.
Was holding the J to the 2nd nuts (K and Q were on board)
Over bet, but villain push. Some low level player don't understand that sometimes the board win.

maybe he had reason to fold... because it was only for 20 chips... if he played AA or KK slow, maybe he didn't want him to know his hand.
maybe it was for the image he is a dumbass so u guys dont give him respect.... who knows what he was thinking... mislick maybe?

sort of hijacking my own thread here but it fits in with the theme of monster hands on the board. So a few weeks ago I had the hand that started this thread where there was a royal on the board....
last night 1 table turbo sng, I misplayed a hand early and got kind of short. With the blinds at 50/100 and still 6 people in the game I had less than 600 chips and get KQo in the BB. one limper and the SB to me so I push. Both call with plenty of chips to cover me.
Flop AKA. I figure at least one caller must have an A so I get ready to fire up another SNG. Both villians check.
Turn A. Hmmm. Now odds are decent that my boat is good. Cool! check check again
River A FFS! Quad As and my boat is counterfeited and I have to split the pot with JTo and T9o.
However...a few hands later I get AQ, push, get called by AJ and A6 to triple up. ended up in the ITM after all. I run goot.

Why would anyone 20 table at $15 SNGs. Are they really that much easier than playing 6 $50s?
