Okay, sorry to be repetitive but yeah I won the $55k again. I did a deal 3 way for $10k each and we played for the $3.8k....I took home 1st and starting the new year well. Scroll to the very bottom for my post tournament thoughts.

Ks5s, utg limped for the millionth time, I make it $1,400.he calls. Flop 8 8 4. He checks, I bet $2.1 into 3.3 he calls. Turn A. He leads for $2.4k. I think for a bit ( I only got $7k here), and after some thought decide to push all in . He calls with QJh???River 9. I double up.$21,900
KJ, in pos. I limp. Flop Q 10 7 , I check behind for free card. Turn 4, someone bets minimum, (freak guy), I decide not to get creative and call to hit , miss he value bets a blank river and I fold.$20,900.
BB,A-5,3 of us see 3-6-2 flop. I fold to pot bet.$20,500.
sb, 6c8c,bb was sittin out. Button made it $1,200 to go. I called planning on hittin or takin it away. Flop came 5-7-A. I check raised a $2k bet to $6.5k. He dwelled and folded.$24,200.
77, I riase freaks bb to 1.2k,he re raises min. I call lookin for a non A flop. It comes A66 he bets pot fold. $22,200
7d9d, Limp the fold post flop.
2nd Break , $21,800. Average = $17.8k 26% view flop. 239th/865
I felt things didn’t go so well that hour, I had a few hands straight away that didn’t materialise, and the table was mostly really really strange players that overbet and wouldn’t allow me to play post flop poker. I raised several times pre flop and was either re raised or they would connect post flop and shut me down.So I limped instead to try and get flops cheaply, and didn’t improve really. Fortunately I doubled up with the K5, I made an accurate read and he made a really really freak call. I think if I can hit a nice flop once or get a nice hand pre flop then I should extract chips quite easily. By next break I would like to be sitting on around $60k If I can. I mean 21k at the moment isn’t special, I only increase 5k since last break which in the whole scheme of the tournament is quite poor.

This is the worst table, I cant bluff most of the table cos they cant play poker, and I am not connecting any damn flops which makes accumulating chips a very very difficult task. I think he either hit trips there and bet out for deception or had a flush draw to be honest. I had Ah, but I cant call anyway. I stand by my re riase, no end amount of times I see players call then bet out flop to take it away, I am re raising very possibly with the better hand, plus I know he has to have a hand to call once I put in almost 10k. Ah well.

mixed hour, I getting picked off here and there which I cant do too much about , I had a bad starting table, moved picked up some legitimate hands eg- 99 and got in tough spots post flop. I wanted around $60,000 and I was around $40-$49k for good period but blinds increasing and 9s I had to play. Apart from that, I d say im playing relatively well but my game isn’t working as effective as usual. Some days people gonna hit a lot against you , law of mathematics I guess. So I am just playing my way through the field if I can . Looking likely I ll cash but its not promising tonight.

We did a deal 3 way, $10k each then play for $3.8k . I came back from shortest to win. Heads up I felt I was fully in control, though I must say the 2 opponents 3 handed were the most difficult to play against to date, so credit to them. I am usually against deals, but I have to be smart too. A few bluffs went bad on the FT today, I was also card dead most of FT but I felt I played very well and again, ive set another feat winning this tournament yet again. $13.8k is a great start to the new year, and I’m heading back to Nottingham later today. I will delve into this tournament next update as I am quite tired.

It deserves mentioning that THP was well represented last night. SEANNJ cashed in the AP 100K as he posted on another thread, and MisterJokerBoy made the final table on 3 consecutive 20-table SNGs which is no mean feat either. I know he won the last one I saw, I forget the other two but they were high finishes.
Oh yeah...and will someone send me $5 on PS so I can grind?

Nice one. Don't be suprised if this is the start of interviews and what not. A friend of mine won this back to back and has been playing very well in 2006 and has been getting interviewed for fox sports etc.

It deserves mentioning that THP was well represented last night. SEANNJ cashed in the AP 100K as he posted on another thread, and MisterJokerBoy made the final table on 3 consecutive 20-table SNGs which is no mean feat either. I know he won the last one I saw, I forget the other two but they were high finishes.
Oh yeah...and will someone send me $5 on PS so I can grind?
