He didn't min-raise. The Doyle's HH shows how much the player raised after the call.

Notice the villain called $8 more after his $4 bet.
The software is the same. As opposed to other sites, where you type in the amount you want to raise to, you must type in how much more you want to raise. It's a bitch switching from Stars to DR, I always eff up my first raise.
