Rough beat. And a very sick river card. Were you pretty sure he had you beat when you called?

about 90% certain. The call was probably a spew

This guy has had my number all night, though. It's kind of gross the 3-5 rough "coolers" he's given me to take roughly 3k off of me. (My bb/100 at 5/10 6 handed dropped kind of haaard...)

That sucks man. Sorry to hear that. Better luck next time. Can I have some of your thought process on calling PF here? Obviously you didn't put him on as big of a hand as he had, right? You called because you had decent implied odds and position? And you thought you could take the pot later? I am curious on your though process on this hand, especially PF. I know you didn't post this hand for analysis, I am just a bit curious about some of your moves. Much thanks in advance.

And he officially busted me on FT..

looks like I may take a break from the site. It has treated me decently over the past 3 weeks, but these shenanigans were tough. Meh. Back to the grind.

Here's what I've withdrawn, thankfully.

Implied odds!
Supa knew villain to have a monster and was hoping to just this kind of a flop. Suited connectors have a hugh potential to drain villain stack if they hit. I do believe , even in those levels villain will be calling with all his chips had the 5 didn't hit the river. Especially against supa.

Supa, can you explain the pic for those of us who don't have poker tracker.

I'm guessing its :
Game type / hand played / ? / win per BB ?

Thanks

if that guy played it better the two of you wouldve gotten it all-in on the flop

supa, you're a great player, and you're well placed to know that everyone had ups and downs.

Take a break, and you'll be back stronger than ever.

Peace out, homeslice.

The pictures are

Game (Big Blind) | Hands played at that level | $ Won at level | BB per 100 hands . A pokertracker BB is equal to 2 BBs.

Nice UTG raise, and nice call PF.

I'd say the river was a little poetic justice being that you called a pot size raise preflop, given your ~1% chance of flopping a straight, and your ~2% chance of flopping 2 pair. And let's not forget the <1% chance of flopping your flush either.

Neudachnik raised so much PF because he likely knew you're full of yourself, and you'd call on a longshot.

You'd be better off playing the horses or the slots, instead of soliciting yourself as a coach.

The hand is played well. And I'm sure Supa is good enough to coach styles of poker which differ from the one he plays himself, which - truth be told - won't fit everyone.
