If you lost 1/4 of your bankroll in one night, I believe you are playing out of your bankroll. Anyway, that stuff happens. Take a break, take a day off. Clear your head.

A little more info besides "I lost all my money on bad beats" would be helpful.

Stop risking more than 10$ at any table, firstly. NL10 is your new home until you have at the very least $200 in your account. Play 5$ sit'n'gos.
If you are truly being beaten by bad beats, you are now forced to stick it out at smaller limits until some form of long term presents itself. If you continue to go broke then either start reading and educating yourself, or don't play poker online.

Tell me where you play, maybe I can help.

You are playing way above your bankroll to lose 25% of it in one day. Normally, the most you should risk at any one sitting is 10% and even that is high. So first things first...you need to play lower or less tables at one time.
Secondly, we don't have enough information from you to say whether or not you were simply unlucky or played poorly. Post some of the hands and we can give better feedback.

I also agree with the majority here that you're playing limits that are too high for your bankroll. If that is not the case, then you don't know when to quit. Some nights just aren't your night. The hardest part is recognizing them and having the discipline to walk away and do something else instead of putting in more cash to "win your money back". Some days you're the windshield and some days you're the bug. Learn to avoid the windshield on those days when you're the bug.

um, i play bodog, i shouldnt say bad beats but when i put it in 6 out of 8 i was atleast a 70/30 i was playing 6.50 sng's but my br was only 80$ which i got up from 20.

Lets try some math.....how many times were you all in as a 70% favorite and actually won?
2? If so, you are only 49% to win 2 in a row as a 70% favorite.

bust loosing 6 out of 8 sng's off a 70% favorite each time is quite lame is it not?

I know it's tempting to play in the larger stakes games because they allow you to grow your BR faster (e.g. 400% growth).
But when you hit a down swing it's easy to go bust fast too, that's the trade off.

exactly, which is why im back to my 8.80$ sng's that pay 5/10 people.
Im in 3 right now, and have atleast 1500 in each one, (1000 chip start) Yes they are even more expensive but i cash most of the time with the payouts being 8/12/16/20/24
make sense to you or no? Im still somewhat new but these beginners are how i got my bankroll from 20$ to 80$. Any advice?

Its tough when you only have a small bankroll to start. Playing "within" your bankroll means playing penny tables which some people deem pointless.

You missed my point, you can win 70% when you are 70% and still lose 100% of your SNGs. You only need to lose one out of 2 and you are done.
If you are frequently playing a style that puts all your chips as stake vs a big stack, you need to get very lucky to survive 3 all ins.

Nope. Look imagine this...
You have £100
I have £1,000,000
We have a dice.
I offer to match any bet you place. I.e. You put down £1, I put down £1 and the winner gets £2.
Here comes the good bit...
If it comes up 1 to 5 you win
If it comes up 6 I win.
Sweet deal for you aye?
So how much do you want to bet on the first go? £100? You've got the odds on your side, but it would be foolish and reckless.
A smart man would stick to something low, e.g. £3-5 and just keep rolling that dice as fast as he could. Even if you lose 10 in a row you'd still have plenty left to come back with. The key:
PATIENCE
