i just downloaded pokertracker yesterday after times and times of reading people talking about it online..
i imported 10.000 hand histories played in the last month and a half or so ever since i started playing on a laptop instead of the PC... and there are really some stunning facts in there.
ive paid over a $1000 on rake. AKs has cost me hundreds of bucks while AKo has made me hundreds etc. etc.
now did anyone actually start playing differently due to the info given to you by this program?

I don't know if it has made me play differently, but I have definately saw leaks in my game that need to be fixed due to the program. It really is a great program. I guarantee that you will find things that you can fix in your game. (I have played with you, I would know  ). I like the fact that you can go back and view certain hands as it sorts all the hands you play in a format that makes it easy to find hands. Overall, I really like the program and it will definately help your game.

I've noticed the same thing in my stats. Perhaps we stayin the hand too long chasing the flush when we don't hit a pair?

according to my tracker i have had 135 full houses in these 10K hands and I FOLDED 3 OF THEM ON THE FLOP 
what the hail!?!?
can anyone explain why i would fold a flopped boat? i do not remember ever doing so... i would have nightmares if i did
goddamn this stuff is so interesting. i cant believe AQo has netted me the most money of all. or that i have lost over $2.000 with "high card" hands.. wow.... also nice to see i make an average of $0.09 every hand im dealt.. haha

How many hands can you import into the free version of poker tracker? I play for $50 at a time so i dont really think buying poker tracker would be worth while for me.

And I've said it before: the rake numbers on pt are pretty off.

I believe they calculate rake like the rake back site do - total rake divided total player in the hand.
So if you fold preflop without investing any money, and the rake cap you still get you share of the rake quoted to you.
Damn, why no one release one of these to the mac!
