Anyone know any poker programs for bodog sng/tournies?
Did you know that participating in a poker forum can help you improve your own game? Be it by sharing experiences or simply asking for help, participation in a forum helps you focus and keep 'on topic' which will help you improve your game. You can learn from other players feedback and from their experiences. Why the THP poker forums? We offer one of the best managed texas holdem poker forums available, and the community within is far more friendly than those typicaly found on other sites. We've made a 'lurkers edition' of the poker forum available here on Holdem Poker Online, but we encourage all visitors to register and join in on the conversations on TexasHoldem-Poker.com

lol don't know that we needed another thread started for this...
Glancing around I don't see any atm, though dogwatch (the poker tracker extension for bodog ring games) claims they will support bodog mtts and sngs in a future release. For now they're working on perfecting the ring game features.

There is an upside to this for beginner players in those bodog tourneys... no concern that their stats are being logged by the other players.

This week has been horrible I play 3 at once, i was doing really good got up to 100$ in a week. Now this week I keep winning one or coming in second and loosing the other two.. or worse. Maybe Im just a bad poker player and had a good week? I dont know.

good days and bad days.
good weeks and bad weeks.
good months and bad months.
good years and bad years.
you get the idea.
You'll hear talk of variance - that's what this is. Doesn't mean you're a bad player: we all go through it.
If you're 1st or 2nd in 1 of 3 you play... you're not doing too bad. Problem here is that top 5 paid you spoke of: your itms arent paying you enough. Example in a standard top 3 paid of 10 sng, often 50/30/20, a 2nd and 2 busts would leave you down the 3 buyin fees (1.50 on $5 sngs). A 1st and 2 busts would end you up 8.50 on $5 sngs.
Also note, or question, why the hurry? If you're triple tabling tourneys, then you're likely not learning the opposing players enough. Too much playing the cards and not enough playing the players. If you devote your attention to a single tourney at a time, you can get a better grasp of who you're playing against, which is extremely important in poker, even more so in tourneys. When an overbet comes your way... helps alot if you've been watching how the villans been playing up to that point.
