No, this is not bad beat - the money went in when I was behind.
Probably should have raised the turn, but was hoping to trap.
I did decide that if he his going to raise, I'm just calling, sadly he raised all his chips.

Could I have fold this?
Should I bet the turn?

You should've bet the flop.

good point. Decided to avoid a c/r in case someone was slow playing their made flush (which villain did few hands ago) and take a free card.

Who cares. You have the ace of spade. If there's a raise, do the math, and if you have pot/implied odds, you call.

Another good reason why to bet the flop, you might want a free card on the turn in case you don't hit.

well, few hands before someone did the same against villain who pushed allin. He did in fact had a baby flush.
Do I want to put all my stack on a draw - a possible 7 cards draw? (3 on the board, my A and villain 2)

Yes??

Well, that's a risk you take. I mean, on ANY given flop, anyone could always have top set...

Your question here, is the same as this one. You have AK, flop = Kxx. "Would you be risking your stack on TPTK when someone can have KK??... because, that's what villain had a few hands before..."

So, my answer stands. You bet, he raises, you do the math for your odds, then fold/call accordingly.

.

When I have a made hand I'll bet it, partly for value and partly for information. If I get resistance or a hugh reraise, I might lay it down.
In a draw like that, in position I do not see a real harm in taking a free card.

You're leaving money on the table. If you make your draw, no one is going to pay you off, so you need to build the pot while someone still has hope.

Bet this flop about 100% of the time.
