2nd hand in the table, though noticed villain steal few hands with pot size bets before getting a hand.
Made a very questionable limp from EP with small suited card. And even a looser call of the CO min raise.
I get the dream flop though, flush draw with the 3rd pair. Decided to c/r but almost didn't due to villain min raise...
Decided to carry on with my plan. Once he called I put him on a draw or a weak hand.

Probably a bad move. Was hoping his hand is not strong enough and he will simply check after me. But I thought I already invested enough chasing this draw. A blocking bet might make me pot committed etc..
2-LEE bets $3.15
hero has 15 seconds left to act
this is a big bet. The 2 couldn't have helped him. If he wanted to price me out of a draw, why didn't he raise the flop. I'm confused so ...
hero raises to $8.70, and is all in
2-LEE calls $5.55
hero shows
2-LEE shows
I have to admit that for a short second the thought of him having a bigger flush draw crossed my mind - but I dismissed it so quick it was barely registered in my half empty head.
Thoughts, comments, slant, abuse and donation are welcome

Without reading past your hole cards, I say fold this trash please. Especially from ep.

If you make these type of limp/calls then I have to say, yes to your original question.

This hand is completely different from the other one you posted with the flush draw. In the other hand, you were drawing to the nuts.
Don't raise the flop here. You haven't shown any aggression yet, unlike the other hand where you raised preflop. It's very unlikely you win the hand here, and you get to see a cheap turn. Take it.
If your check-raise gets called and you face a big bet on the turn on top of it, you're very often beat. You say the 2 didn't help him. Here's a thought...perhaps he doesn't need help? Did you give any considerations to what he could have at any point in this hand? AdKd? AdQx? AA-JJ? Honestly, I think you were pretty lucky to see him turn over one of the few hands that you should feel good about given the action to that point.
