I am pretty sure that you get an actual credit card. So they probably just want to know what name you want on the card. I believe that is what they do.

You're signing up for a "virtual visa", basically only a "prepaid" visa NUMBER (this is what acts as your ewallet), not a card itself. You can get a physical card (the epassporte visa electron), that you can use to withdraw at ATMs, for an additional $35/year.

Exactly what raisebot said. You can sign up for the virutal or the actual card. If you use the deposit options off the websites, Ie Full Tilt, it automatically takes you to the virtual visa. Hope this helped. My virtual visa will be ready in 3 more days XD

Just did the homework on epassporte for another thread, and it's as these guys said. Your epassporte account is a virtual visa account: they have the option to get the phsical card for use at atms and such, but as they said, 35.oo annual fee, plus 2.oo atm transaction fees.

The virtual card is free the first year, then there is a 5 dollar annual fee for years after. ACH check withdrawl fee is 2 bucks. Forget the wire tranfser option.... it's got a painfull $50 fee on it.

The fee structure is very simple, and not bad really: 5 bucks for every 100 or portion of. If you keep your transactions in 100 increments, it's acceptable. But for someone who wants to move smaller amounts of cash... fees are going to hurt (25 bucks, 5 dollar fee? Ouch).

When u say wire transfer do u mean putting money onto your account by using your bank?

No. Wire transfers are (almost if not) immediate direct account to account banking transactions. The ach is an electronic check transaction that has to float through the system. Take longer (usually few days) and cost 2.oo in epassporte.
