I had won the previous 2 sb vs bb post flop just by betting small post flop so I thought he'd know I was just stealing this pot and re raised. Also, I hadnt riased pre flop so he doesnt have to give me credit for Ace.

hopefully since he's playing at 215, he knows multi level thinking here, he doesnt have to credit you with the ace, but does he seem like the type of player that would check behind with an ace? id hope not since you've basically stolen his blind two orbits in a row, he'd just prefer to take it down preflop
of course he could be hoping to hit that ace and make an extra bet off you, i think thats the case here

Personally I think it's a bad move. Just very little value to reraising with no pair, no draw, no anything. This seems like the Sunday Million, and there's tons of donks in that thing. Utilizing your image is probably much more effective in bigger games.
