I deposited 20 dollars into titan poker awhile back one night, just to play for fun... since then, i have turn the 25 dollars into 250...
my friend wanted to try the site out so he made a deposit and i stupidly dumped him like 100 dollars... i didn't realize there was a transfer money option becuase i havent really been on the site..
anways, to make a long story short, titan poker closed down both accounts and asked for proof of address which we did...
its been awhile now and im thinking what do they have to even investigate on?
we didn't collude or planned to in anyway... we were on a heads up table... a honest mistake turned bad.. overall i dont think it was the money i lost, 250 is a lot but not that much... what pisses me off most i gave them some personal imformation when they mislead me into thinking they would unlock the account...
anyone want to comment on this or something that has happened before u know of?
Did you know that participating in a poker forum can help you improve your own game? Be it by sharing experiences or simply asking for help, participation in a forum helps you focus and keep 'on topic' which will help you improve your game. You can learn from other players feedback and from their experiences. Why the THP poker forums? We offer one of the best managed texas holdem poker forums available, and the community within is far more friendly than those typicaly found on other sites. We've made a 'lurkers edition' of the poker forum available here on Holdem Poker Online, but we encourage all visitors to register and join in on the conversations on TexasHoldem-Poker.com

Have you tried calling them and speaking to them? It's amazing how few people actually do this but it is the best way to sort anything out..........

Exceptionally illegal; chipdumping 100$ to one other account is obv proof Moon_child is in cahoots with a Colombian drug cartel and is laundering their last big east coast score.

While he was only dumping to his friend because he didn't take the time to see if there was a transfer option, it was still against the terms of service. Titan support may or may not give him his money back. It's really their discretion I guess.
Although I still recommend calling them instead of waiting on an email that may never come.

it's not even about the money here...
the point is why'd they tell me to give in my personal information when they had (well atleast i think) no intentions of reopening the account...
im not going to call them because i've given up on this issue... it was a lesson learned and it didn't cost me a big sum of money... so... i just hope they don't abuse my personal info, thats all...

You are a fool if you have given up without calling them.

seriously though... probably all you have to do is call them and to tell you the truth I don't know anyone who can say "meh it's just 250 dollars"
If you don't want the money then if I call can I get the money?
