epassporte fees

Posted Tue Jan 23, 2007 2:06 pm GMT by khaosanroad
it shows that if you fund it by your checking account it is $5 for each 100 on the inital load, but just a flat fee of $2 for any load after that. If that is the case a 2 dollar flat fee isn't that bad. Still looking into other alternatives.

Text Money per Transaction Fee US$0.25
Visa Card Annual Fee US$35.00
ATM Withdrawal Fee US$2.00
Wire Transfer Withdrawal US$50.00

US$5.00 per US$100.00 load or portion thereof for the initial load., then US$2.00 per reload regardless of amount reloaded

that is for US checking accounts using ACH

I was digging around at ePassporte... basically, the $2 reload applies to those who fund their epassporte account through their bank. However, if you fund epassporte through your credit card, then you will be charge $5 each time.

I had totally missed that table yesterday, jumped straight to the epassporte fees table at page bottom.

Visa or MasterCard Credit and Debit Cards - US$5.00 per US$100.00 load or portion thereof
US Checking Account - US$5.00 per US$100.00 load or portion thereof for the initial load., then US$2.00 per reload regardless of amount reloaded.
European Bank Transfer - US$5.00 per US$100.00 load or portion thereof
Cash at Participating US Banks - US$9.95 per load

So back to original reaction: that's not bad at all. Take a few days to setup: load 100 flat, and then fill in behind with ach deposits.

Good catch khaos.

Ugh ... I wish Firepay would come back. $3.99 flat fee for any deposit, and no withdrawal charges ever ... except when crypto charged you a buck.
