Did i play this wrong? what would you do?

I was playing mixed games, PL holdem and PL omaha.

At this time there were only 3 people at the table...good raise after the flop? bad raise?

Keep in mind the pre flop re-raise was the max I could do.

Full Tilt Poker Game #1665072193: Table Siena (6 max) - $0.25/$0.50 - Pot Limit Hold'em - 11:21:35 ET - 2007/01/24
Seat 1: bigruffbluff ($37.30)
Seat 2: vaksi ($6.45), is sitting out
Seat 4: nhodge ($49.25), is sitting out
Seat 5: RivaChaza ($59.70)
Seat 6: Gor30 ($47)
RivaChaza posts the small blind of $0.25
Gor30 posts the big blind of $0.50
The button is in seat #3
*** HOLE CARDS ***
Dealt to Gor30 Jack of ClubsJack of Spades
bigruffbluff folds
machgelt adds $20
RivaChaza raises to $1.50
Gor30 raises to $4.50
RivaChaza calls $3
*** FLOP *** Ten of SpadesEight of SpadesFive of Spades
RivaChaza bets $9
Gor30 raises to $36

RivaChaza raises to $55.20, and is all in
Gor30 calls $6.50, and is all in
RivaChaza shows ???????

Am i ahead, behind? Good re-raise, stupid re-raise?
Any comments on what you guys would do would be great.

Preflop reraise would still be pretty good in NL btw.

I don't know if I like the flop raise. The problem here is that there are two hands that bet this flop.

1. Flopped flush
2. Ace of spades, maybe with a pair

In either case, you don't have a ton of equity, and you may be drawing to runner runner boat in the first case. It is possible he's got something like 79s, but more likely two high spades.

I'd probably call the flop and fold the turn if a spade comes, and fold if he bets hard into it again.

This is what worries me. It looks a lot like AK or AKs.

If he had AxT Spade it’s a gutsy re-raise, but it looks more like “Fantastic he has something too! I’m gona get paid off on this monster.”.

Since you’re re-raise was so high I’d say calling now is a no brainer just from the pot odds.

He probably flopped a flush, or A Spade 10 Diamond

You're most likely trapped, I can't decide if you played this hand suicidally or not. You probably did.

I think you're probably behind, and I don't like the flop raise. With position, I'd likely just call here and try to freeze him on the turn. If he checks, you can make a blocking bet and try to see a cheap(er) river.

Well he flipped over 88 for a set. I thought fine, a misplay by me, but i had outs for a flush or another J. (11 - 9 spades and 2 J's)

The heartbreaker was a 10 on the turn for his full house. That left me with a J for the river and I didnt hit.

I honestly expected him to turn over A Spade with nothing else.

Had a pretty good read on the guy...pretty loose, didnt play well at all, but he got me that time.
