What did villian end up having?
My guess is either QQ-AA or pp.

How can you conclude that the villian could have QQ-AA with the way he played that hand? I dont agree with that at all

Also, low limit $50NL players arent that tricky or would just call it all the way down. I know I would def put in a raise on the flop or turn with QQ-AA, and i think 98% of $50NL players would as well.

smells to me of KJ or some other 2 spades hand,
hence i dont like river bet after he calls on turn,
unless u seen him call with tp or some carp on 3 flush board before

You look fine untile the turn where I would check. There is a distinct possibility that you are way behind so I either want a free card here or seeing how much the guy bets. I like either of those options better than your bet since the guy is most likely just gonna call and we're not really learning anything new if that happens.
