So I've always been curious about this thing, and how exactly it's working.
At the end of Dec, I had roughly 15,000 FPPs, when I just recently "renewed" my Goldstar, which should only take 4000 FPPs, I had ~22,000 FPPs, leaving a 3000 FPP difference unaccounted for.
I'm wondering if anybody else has seen the same thing, or if the 4000 FPPs you need each month are base FPPs, etc.

You need 4,000 VPP's, which are base FPP's, to get Gold Star on a monthly basis. The 2x FPP bonus is only on the "spendable type" FPP's.
