Bodog freeroll with unlimited $2 rebuys the first hour. This hand happened about 5 minutes before 1st break (the end of the rebuy period). $2 gets you an additional 1500 in chips, you must be under 1000 to rebuy.
Villian was just moved to my table about 5 hands prior, haven't seen him play a single hand yet.
I haven't played many hands myself, and what few hands I did play were winners at showdown. I never took a single rebuy, nor did it seem the majority of players weren't either.
(sorry for the hand history format, but this was on Bodog, and I know of no other way to show the hand history, other than copy and paste into photoshop- click on the hand history, or right click save picture as to your computer for a larger picture)
Needless to say, I was crippled after the hand, didn't play another hand until after the break, blinds were 100/200 when I picked up pocket sixes in late position with no limpers, I pushed, shortstack SB called with K rag or something similar, BB called with pocket Aces and sent me on my way.
Thoughts?

im sorry, but this is really just a bad beat post here ... he'll id get it all-in on that flop with top two pair, maybe even ace ten.
its a freeroll, you get your money in with what figures to be the best hand a lot, you're only losing to QT, KK and AA ... kings and aces are less likely because nobody re-raised you preflop, so you're ahead a ton and when you aren't ahead, you're only a 3 to 1 dog
what did you expect to hear? fold preflop?

I have to agree with salche here. Not much you can do. You flopped a set on a board with 3 broadway cards. They could easily have 2 pair or pair and a straight draw. Not much you can do. Sometimes the money is just meant to go in the middle and I think this is one of those times. What advice are you expecting though? Check fold turn? Fold turn to the raise? Fold PF? Not much you can do though. Sorry you lost the hand.

I expected to hear just what you posted above, what your thoughts were. Obviously, I felt the same way about KK and AA since I wasn't reraised PF, and QT was my only real danger. I was just basically wondering if anyone feels I should have played a little cautiously, and not make a 3/4 pot size bet on the turn.
Sorry if I came off like a dick in my last post, but I had no idea what you were getting at with your 4 sentences.

FYP. Haahhaha! Just joking. I think it was a shot at how you just say the answer but don't really give an explanation to it (I think?)

I don't see any way to get away from this hand given how it was played.
