What to do when you feel like your not getting any cards?

Playing no limit hold em Sng's
My biggest issue is most of the time I feel like I don't get any cards to play
I end up playing worse cards then I should, such as A7 suited, Q8 etc. bluffing at wrongs pots, and making incorrect reads.

Should I just be more patient, limp into hands more,

Normally at Sngs, ( i normally play the smaller ones) i just say incredibly patient only playing premium hands (well that seems obvious). Seems like you just need to watch the people play more. One of the blessings of not getting dealt cards is the fact that you have to watch the other people play. See what they do, learn how they play, put them on certain cards. Normally they wont have much to play with if you play the lower levels, so once you know you have the best hand, dont be afraid to bet out, but if you aren't so sure, keep the pots smaller so you dont have to try to race someone.
