A while back, while showing some hands on IRC Supa told me I don't know why I'm betting.
I though long and hard about that and finally came to the conclusion the Supa was right.
Seems like I was pushing people off when I had the best hand and made value like bets with marginal / bluff hands. For a time I was actually please that I won most pots pre showdown.
Now a days I manage to get a lot of my winning hands to SD. I keep my SD win rate over %60.
So thanks Supa, Your famous one liner finally brought results.

This is my biggest problem. I'll have the best hand after the flop but I always think someone might be slow playing so I force things and bet pot or half the pot. I win but could probably win more. How do I get past this?
