I was emptying my junk mail today and saw an e-mail from Titan poker saying "you have money in your account"
I was like WTF  I cashed out all of my funds from titan a while ago, so I had to re-download the software and sure enough there was a 20$ balance on my account.

lol WOW I just remembered one of the reasons that titan poker is GAYYYY for lame homos... with my 48.50 bankroll I decided to play two 20+1 HU SNGs, here is how I busted out of both...... I was the short stack in the first match b/c I made a dumb river-call with top pair against a flopped str8, I had a feeling he had it, dunno why I called, the board was paired so I couldn't beat much other than a bluff. The second match I was short stacked b/c I flopped top pair 3 times, running into flopped 2 pair, rivered 2 pair and rivered set.

HIM: 1160
All in preflop 10-10 vs. 9-9, clearly he rivers a 9
20+1 NLH HU SNG
Me: 790
Him: 1210
me:   in SB (20)
I limp, he makes it 80, I call.

I check, he bets 120, I push, he calls and shows

River: 
Ugh yeah so now I'm > $10 due to these horrible suckages, so much for free money....

you're right, i guess since it was unexpected free money I wanted to build it up quick, but yeah even still I should have stuck with 10HUSNGs. I am gonna grind out some .01/.02 NL and see if I can build this back up, just as a break from SNGing at stars

Well I spent some time 3 tabling .01/.02 and 1+.1 HU SNGs running my stack from 3.25 up to about $7.20. Gonna move up to 2.+.2 HU SNGs to see what happens.

you really can't expect to win 100% of your HU even if you are the best player in the world.
so it is usually best not to put all your money into 2.
With free money, sure, I'll gamble but within reason.

I played and finished 3rd, cashing 37 bucks... played some sng´s and cashgame and now i am up to 100 Eur... approx. 130$
nice for not having deposited anything :D

Played some more penny stakes, I've got the account back up to 14.75, so I'm happy that this free money hasn't gone completely busto. I don't like thinking about the fact that while I'm grinding at this, I could be playing at Stars for a little higher stakes, and probably making more money.
I'm 2-0 in $1.+.05 HU SNGs and 4-1 in the $2+.10 HU SNGs and I'm up about $4 in .01/.02 NL cash. Once i get back to $20 I'm gonna try a $5+.25 HU SNG, if I win I'll stick with 2s and 5s mixed around as long as I stay above 15$, once i'm below that point I will go back to the 1s and 2s.
I'm not sure how long I'll bother playing with this money at titan, if I get it up to $50 by tomorrow, my next goal will be 100$ by the end of the week. At that point I'm not sure if I'll keep the money on Titan or just cash it out.

I didn't run so well in the HU SNGs tonight, 3-4 in the $2s and 0-2 in $5s. Both of the lossses in the $5 SNgs were all-in situations preflop, AQ<A9 and AJ<A8.
3-4 in $2 is pretty sad, I ran into compotent opponents, a couple of cold decks, and maybe a few mistakes. I did come in 2nd in a 20 person $2+.4 for $10 so that helped a little bit. I'm running pretty well at NL5, I only played like 100 hands tonight, but i was up about $5.
So the $20 was up to 48, down to 3, back up to 25 and right now i'm sitting comfortably around 17$, up a little for the day. I spent most of the pokr play hours today on HUsngs and turbos on stars, I'm just gonna leave this money on titan and work on building it up when i'm too baked to play on Pstars :P

I've changed my mind. Since this is free money, and you have a bigger BR on another site.
Put it all in 1 S&G. If you bust, go back to PS and play there. If you dbl up. use half your BR in a S&G. dbl up? go one level up using half your BR. lose, put it all in one S&G...
repeat until bust or big enough to withdraw.
