Efram?
I think I misplayed the turn, should have raised but felt I could trap for more money, then the river came and I was afraid of str8 possibilities or a better 2 pair. Raise here, or just call, to me folding is out of the question.

well given the action so far the villian prob has top pair... no one has come back at him with any strength so he has had no real reason to think his hand isn't best... raise...

Why are you playing 4-9 offsuit to begin with?

checked into it from the big blind
caught a piece of the flop
better than 4:1 to call the flop bet
turned 2 pair
is that so bad?

The way it was played I probably just call, but then I keep wondering if he's got a set here.
I'd rather we did something on the turn personally.

mmm. so what?
Seriously, this is something I do not understand. You get better then 4-1 to call, but if in fact he has only TP you have 5 outs to improve. 5/47 < 1/4 so calling here is still incorrect, no?

actually 6:1
did I mention this was a free-roll?
that might have affected my decision to continue on with MP/NK because you never know, one might runner runner quads. Its possible.
but....I'll take the THP forum hit.
played it bad and still won.
I donked this hand up and stand by my donkness with complete pride and self admiration.
still shoulda raised the turn and probly the river too.
49off is my new favorite hand.

Implied odds.

Flop call is completely fine, the flop is clean and our outs do not complete any obvious draws.
We could prolly find a raise on the turn.
