Hey guys, Though I'm mainly a Tournament player here and there I like to play cash games. being a player of full tilt theres just to many morons playing shit cards and the river has been drilling me lately. So I've decided throwing up 30$ or so into the 2$ Heads up tournaments.. Anyone have any advice on these?

Yeah, I play the $2 and the $5 HU on FT often.
The game is pretty soft, though you still get bad beats.
My strategy is small hands small pots, big hands big pots.
Early on I try to check villain aggression. By raising and reraising. I prefer to do this with cards. but since the blinds are small, I don't mind letting few blinds go.
I let them bluff me on the small pots. I really don't care about a couple of blinds in the first few levels. Once the blinds get high is when I change gears and start pounding on them..
I sometimes raise good hands, sometimes raise with crap and sometimes limp with good hands etc..

Though aggression is great. I love it when a weak player sit against me and start raising from the bttn every time. Or raise any checked pot.
I wait a little bit and reraise him a couple of time. Then I trap him with TP or better. And all of a sudden they are so confuse they do not know how to play any more.
Weak players who fake aggression are the easiest kind to beat HU, IMO
