So does calling a 100$ all-in on a 3 high flushdraw in a 2$ pot when you hit.

In all of my cases the pot becomes big enough that it's nothing like paying 100 to win 20. 4 betting and 5 betting HU is more like putting in that extra 400~ chips to win a 2K pot. But yeah sometimes it doesn't work, but what I've found in heads up is that when a player has a semi-decent hand, he wont get into a raise war on the flop, he'll simply call and string you along. Those middle sized re-raises HU are usually bullshit, and I like to act on that.
AS my favorite poker schollar says, when you get into a min-raise war make sure that YOU put in the last min-raise
