I've cashed out of stars recently and want to try to build a roll from nothing.
Stars' free folls are usually massive in number, 10,000 people, and that is usually a satellite to a second overloaded MTT.
I'm asking for people's knowledge re: other reputable poker sites that may have a better free-roll structure, MTT size vs payouts vs frequency.
Anyone have any experience with this.
thanks in advance

I play a lot of my poker at Pacific Poker, they have regular free rolls that have only around 2000 enrolled players of these only about 30% are ever at the table.

I'm also in the same boat. No money in any of my online accounts, and trying to build an online roll from zero.
Bodog has one at 6:40 pm PST ($1500 guaranteed) and at 1am PST ($500 guaranteed).
Both of the freerolls have rebuys as well ($2 rebuys for the 6:40 pm, $1 rebuys for the 1 am)
always 4000 players for the 6:40pm, about 1500 players for the 1 am
Poker.com runs $50 freerolls every 2 hours, 1000-1500 players
they also run "fun step SNG's", free to enter, win 3 in a row, and you get $1 real money in your account
