1: Always No limit. I like to mix up NL10 and NL25, and I also play 6.50 turbo SNGs in sets of 5, usually with a random MTT tossed in.
2: Occasionally you have to stop and think, but thats not usually recomended
3: I am too ADD to play cash games for a really long time, but if I sit down with a goal I can usually play 5-6 sets of SNGs (thats 25 or 30 tournaments) and if I can run with an ROI of 30% I feel accomplished. Out of 5 sets I usually have one set with no cashes, one with 2 wins and the rest are random and scattered. Cash games, I either play 6 tables of 6-max or 8 tables of full-ring. If I'm really dedicated I can play 1000 hands in a 2 hour session and I'm usually content running at 10ptbb/100
4: um I don't have Poker TRacker open at the moment, not worth figuring this out. I'm guessing between 45%-55% winning sessions depending on how lucky I am running. With SNGs a 40% ITM is the minimum I am happy with.

I use my trusty 15" laptop screen
Here's a screenshot of me playing 10 tables... but the real question is, how do you play 10-8 in that spot? Also note the Andy Warhol backgroud
